Title: Lg Prtzel Dough *

Yield: 3 Servings

1 1/3c;water
2 1/2tsMargarine
1 1/3tbSugar
2/3ts;salt
4cFlour, all purpose
2 1/2tsYeast
2tbSalt, kosher (coarse)

Add ingredient except coarse salt to ABM and select dough cycle.

Cut dough into shor strips, roll into ropes and shape into pretzels. Cover andlet rise about 45 minutes.

In a cast iron or other NONALUMINUM PAN, bring almost to a boil 4 cups of water and 5 teaspoons of baking soda. Gently place (by hand or slotted spoon) the pretzels into the water for approximately 1 minute, turning once. Do not let water come to a full boil. Remove pretzels and place on a greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with coarse salt (also called sea salt or Kosher salt). Bake at 475 degrees for 12 minutes.
